Sell or trade
Sell your watch, or trade it toward the next one
Send the details and a few photos. I come back with a number for an outright buy or a trade; you are paid by wire once the watch checks out.
What happens after you send the form
- A number, by text. I read the details and the photos and come back with an offer, or questions if something is unclear.
- The watch checks out. In person in the Twin Cities, or shipped insured with a label I arrange. I check the case, the movement, the serial and the papers.
- Paid by wire. Once it checks out, the wire goes out. No store credit, no waiting on a consignment sale.
Trading instead of selling
Trade what you wear now toward a piece in the grid. Pick the watch, say what you have, and I price both sides so the difference is one clear number before anything moves.
Rather wait for the top price than take an offer today? That is consignment.

Questions
How do I sell my watch to OB Watch Group?
Send the model, the reference number, whether you have the box and papers, and a few photos through the form or by text. I come back with a number. If you take it, the watch is checked in my hands and you are paid by bank wire once it checks out.
Can I trade my watch toward one on the site?
Yes. Say which piece you are after and what you are wearing now; I price the trade so the difference is clear before anything ships or changes hands.
Do I need the box and papers to sell?
No. They help the number, so send them if you have them, but a watch on its own is still bought.
How am I paid?
By bank wire, once the watch is verified. Local sellers can hand the watch over in person in the Twin Cities; everyone else ships it insured, with the label and the insurance arranged first.
Is my information shared?
No. Nothing you send is listed or shown to anyone until you say so.
