Consign your watch and get the top price
I list it here and on Instagram, show it on video to buyers and handle the sale. You keep ownership until it sells and are paid by wire.
Consignment, step by step
- Tell me about the watch. Model, reference, year, box and papers, condition, and the price you have in mind.
- Agree the terms in writing. The asking price, the lowest number you will take, and the terms, before the watch is listed.
- Check in. The watch is checked in my hands, photographed on my own phone and listed here and on Instagram.
- Shown live. Every serious buyer sees it on a video call before paying, the same way every piece here is sold.
- Paid by wire. Once the buyer has paid and the watch has shipped insured, your wire goes out.
Consignment or an outright sale?
An outright sale pays this week. Consignment usually brings a higher number and takes the time a buyer takes. Not sure which? Send the details either way and I will tell you what each would look like for your watch.

Questions
How does consignment work at OB Watch Group?
You keep ownership while I list the watch on this site and on Instagram, show it on video to buyers and handle the sale. You are paid by wire once the buyer's payment clears and the watch has shipped.
What does consignment cost?
The terms are agreed in writing before the watch is listed. There is nothing to pay up front.
Who holds the watch while it is listed?
I do: a buyer on a video call expects to see the watch in my hands, so it is checked in and held until it sells or you ask for it back.
How is the price set?
Together. I tell you what the piece is selling for today, you agree the asking price and the lowest number you will take, and nothing sells below it.
Can I take the watch back?
Yes, at any point before it has sold, with the terms you agreed.
