What OB Watch Group LLC collects through the forms on this site, what it is used for, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect
Only what you type or attach in a form on this site. An inquiry about a watch: the watch, your name, and a phone number or email. A sell, trade or consignment request: the watch, its reference number, whether you have the box and papers, the photos you attach, your name, and a phone number or email. A sourcing request: the watch you want, your budget and timeline, your name, and a phone number or email. The First look list: your email. Nothing else is collected silently, beyond the standard server logs our host (Netlify) keeps for security and reliability.
What we do with it
I use your details to answer what you sent, and nothing else. A First look signup, or the first-look box ticked on an inquiry form (it is unticked unless you tick it), gets one short email when a new piece lands; no form adds you to a list otherwise. The First look list is kept in Klaviyo, the email service that sends those emails. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored by Netlify Forms and emailed to me. When you give an email address in an inquiry, sell, consignment or sourcing form, you get one confirmation email, sent for us through Resend from inquiries@showpiece.agency by Showpiece, the company that builds and runs this site. We keep correspondence as long as it is needed to serve you and for ordinary business records.
Things on the page that load from elsewhere
When Instagram reels are shown on the landing page, they load from Instagram, which may set its own cookies. The map on the landing page and the Twin Cities page loads from Google Maps once you scroll to it. Klaviyo's script loads after your first tap or scroll, for the First look signup. Their own privacy policies apply to what they collect.
Your choices
To have your details deleted, or to leave the First look list, email lukeobrien@obswatchgroup.com or text (952) 300-1257, and they are removed from our records.
